GON Strategy Workshop

Global Missions Strategy & Planning

September 18 & 19, 2024 in Alpharetta, GA

About the Event:

This workshop is an exclusive, highly interactive, hands-on event where mission leaders will create (refine) an effective mission strategy. Attendees will collaborate in a round table environment to build a strategic framework that is meaningful, actionable, and aligned with your church’s overall strategy. The two-day event will be less about concept, and more about designing a solution.

Key topics for discussion:

  • What makes an effective strategy?

  • Who is God calling me to engage?

  • How to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats

  • What is the win?

  • What activities are strategic?

  • How to measure success?

This event is for any church mission leader who recognizes their need to build, or re-build, their mission strategy. We look forward to welcoming you in September! Availability is limited to 12 people per session so reserve your spot(s) soon!

  • The 410 Global Outreach Network conferences have provided great insight into healthy missions partnerships and planning for our church. We have connected with other churches that allowed us to come to conclusions of best practices for missions programming.

  • The 410 Global Outreach Network has done 3 things for me. First, I have found a community with people who have a similar calling and are working in similar settings as I am. Secondly, during the last two years, I found it incredibly difficult doing global ministry due to well-known global issues. I was on my own. Being able to meet with other outreach pastors who were struggling with the same issues was comforting. But lastly, we resourced each other, sharing ideas of things that have had a breakthrough during this time. During the last meeting together, I left feeling so encouraged and this gave me inspiration for 2022. God has used this gathering to help me take this ministry to the next level even now.
