Laura is the Director of global(x), the missions arm of North Point Ministries, which serves its eight metro Atlanta church campuses. Global(x) equips and empowers leaders and teams for healthy and effective short-term mission service—referred to as journeys. She is passionate about leadership development, meeting people where they are in life, and helping others grow in their faith through discipleship and cross-cultural ministry.

Hilary is the Missions Coordinator at Prairie Lakes Church in Cedar Falls, IA. She oversees all local, disaster relief, and global mission initiatives and partnerships at seven (7) campuses across Iowa. Hilary is passionate about connecting people to partners and mission opportunities where they can use their unique gifts to serve others and glorify God.

Jeff Ford works as a Global Pastor at Cross Point Church in Nashville TN. He oversees all global initiatives across six (6) campuses. Jeff brings a fresh approach to global missions at Cross Point and understands what it means to ‘partner well’ around the world.

Robbie is a forward-thinking pastor, innovator, and missional strategist serving as the Pastor of Groups and Missions at Faith Promise Church, a dynamic multi-site church impacting communities across Tennessee. As a PhD candidate in Theology and Apologetics at Liberty University and Vice President of Pathlighter Ministries in El Salvador, Robbie is at the forefront of integrating AI, technology, and creative strategies into discipleship, evangelism, and global missions. With a mix of practical insight and visionary leadership, Robbie equips leaders to think bigger and reach further.

Christy serves as the Global Pastor at Parkview Christian Church in the south suburbs of Chicago. With a deep commitment to global and local outreach, she finds joy in witnessing the transformative growth sparked by mission trip experiences. She also values the meaningful relationships forged while serving alongside local leaders, pastors, and community members. Dedicated to serving the church worldwide, Christy currently focuses on developing Parkview’s partnerships in Kenya and Malawi through clean water initiatives, medical outreach, pastoral training, business workshops, and VBS programs.

Jodi serves as the Serve Director at Cornerstone (Phoenix), where she equips and inspires people to live out their faith through meaningful service. She has designed experiences that connect people with local organizations, led international mission teams, and facilitates a global leader gathering in the Phoenix area. With expertise in research, strategy, and leadership development, Jodi is passionate about creating safe and transformational pathways that help people meet needs, build relationships, and share the love of Jesus.
