Strategy Workshop

December 3-4, 2025

Global Outreach Network Offices
Atlanta, GA

What Is It?

A GON Strategy Workshop is an interactive, hands-on experience for global mission leaders ready to rethink, refocus, and strengthen their strategy. It’s not a seminar. It’s a working session. You’ll gain clarity on your ministry’s purpose, priorities, and path forward. You’ll leave with a customized framework for your church’s global outreach. Not just ideas, but a plan you can implement right away.

Why It Matters

Today’s global mission landscape is complex. Many churches are pulled in too many directions, stuck in outdated models, managing ineffective – or irrelevant – partnerships, and facing a skeptical church audience. This workshop helps you:

  • Clarify your mission, vision, and values

  • Evaluate your current strategy through SWOT analysis

  • Focus on what matters most: People, Partners, and Peers

  • Align activities with outcomes that reflect your true purpose

  • Build a strategy that leads to measurable spiritual transformation

Why Attend?

This isn’t about adding programs. It’s about clarifying purpose. Churches that thrive globally lead with vision and intentionality, not just activity. If you’re serious about deepening impact and leading with focus, this workshop is your next right step.

  • "The workshop was an amazing time! It helped us to take a step back, look at everything we are doing and do it more intentionally and effectively. The wisdom in the room was fantastic!"

  • The 410 Global Outreach Network has done 3 things for me. First, I have found a community with people who have a similar calling and are working in similar settings as I am. Secondly, during the last two years, I found it incredibly difficult doing global ministry due to well-known global issues. I was on my own. Being able to meet with other outreach pastors who were struggling with the same issues was comforting. But lastly, we resourced each other, sharing ideas of things that have had a breakthrough during this time. During the last meeting together, I left feeling so encouraged and this gave me inspiration for 2022. God has used this gathering to help me take this ministry to the next level even now.
