You will be facilitating transformation as a team leader. You are being tasked with the responsibility of training, guiding, mentoring and developing the individuals on your team for cross-cultural ministry and ultimately personal growth. God is using you to disciple this unique group who come from different backgrounds with different perspectives. The goal will be to mold them into a team that will have its own unique experience.
